Removal and Installation: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove tires with power tool.
  2. Remove under cover with power tool.
  3. Remove shock absorber. Refer to "EXPLODED VIEW ".
  4. Remove front crossbar.
  5. Remove steering outer socket from steering knuckle. Refer to "AWD : EXPLODED VIEW ".
  6. Remove transverse link from steering knuckle.
  7. Set suitable jack under transverse link.
  8. Remove mounting bolts and nuts, and then remove transverse link.
