Diagnosis Procedure

Check power door lock operation.

Does door lock/unlock with door lock and unlock switch? 

YES: GO TO 2.

NO: Refer to "ALL DOOR : DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".

Check "AUTOMATIC LOCK/UNLOCK SELECT" in "WORK SUPPORT".

Refer to "DOOR LOCK : CONSULT-III FUNCTION (BCM - DOOR LOCK) ".

Is the inspection result normal? 

YES: GO TO 3.

NO: Set "AUTOMATIC LOCK/UNLOCK SELECT" in "WORK SUPPORT".

Check "AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCK SELECT" in "WORK SUPPORT".

Refer to "DOOR LOCK : CONSULT-III FUNCTION (BCM - DOOR LOCK) ".

Is the inspection result normal? 

YES: GO TO 4.

NO: Set "AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCK SELECT" in "WORK SUPPORT".

Check "AUTOMATIC DOOR UNLOCK SELECT" in "WORK SUPPORT".

Refer to "DOOR LOCK : CONSULT-III FUNCTION (BCM - DOOR LOCK) ".

Is the inspection result normal? 

YES: GO TO 5.

NO: Set "AUTOMATIC DOOR UNLOCK SELECT" in "WORK SUPPORT".

Check TCM for DTC.

Refer to "DTC INDEX ".

Is the inspection result normal? 

YES: GO TO 6.

NO: Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

Confirm the operation again.

Is the result normal? 

YES: Check intermittent incident. Refer to "INTERMITTENT INCIDENT ".

NO: GO TO  1.
