Component Inspection

  1. CHECK DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT RELAY
    1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
    2. Remove the daytime running light relay.
    3. Apply battery voltage to the daytime running light relay between the terminals 1 and 2.
    4. Check continuity of the daytime running light relay.

      Daytime running light relay Condition Continuity
      Terminal Voltage
      5 3 Apply Existed
      Not Apply Not existed

      Does continuity exist? 

      YES: Daytime running light relay is normal.

      NO: Replace daytime running light relay.
