Removal and Installation: Removal

Remove the front seat belt retractor. Refer to "SEAT BELT RETRACTOR : REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
Remove the satellite sensor (1) fixing nuts (B).
Disconnect the harness connector (A), and then remove the satellite sensor.

CAUTION:

Replace the satellite sensor of deployed the side air bag module and deployed the curtain air bag module.
Never impact the satellite sensor.
Replace the satellite sensor if it has been dropped or sustained an impact.
