UNIFIED METER AND A/C AMP. : Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK FUSE
Check for blown fuses.
FUSE SPECIFICATIONPower source Fuse No. Battery 11 Ignition switch ACC or ON 19 Ignition switch ON or START 3 Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 2.
NO: Be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse.
- CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
Check voltage between unified meter and A/C amp. harness connector and ground.
VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONTerminals Ignition switch position Value (Approx.) (+) (-) Unified meter and A/C amp. Terminal Signal name M67 54 Battery power supply Ground OFF Battery voltage 41 ACC power supply ACC 53 Ignition signal ON Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 3.
NO: Check harness between unified meter and A/C amp. and fuse.
- CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect unified meter and A/C amp. connector.
- Check continuity between unified meter and A/C amp. harness connector and ground.
CONTINUITY SPECIFICATIONUnified meter and A/C amp. Ground Continuity Connector Terminal M67 55 Existed 71 Is the inspection result normal?
YES: INSPECTION END
NO: Repair harness or connector.
