Thickness Inspection

Using a micrometer, check thickness of disc rotor. If thickness is either at or below the wear limit, or exceeds maximum uneven wear, replace disc rotor.

  1. Standard thickness: 26.0 mm (1.024 in) 
  2. Repair limit thickness: 24.5 mm (0.965 in) 
  3. Maximum uneven wear (Measured at 8 positions): 0.015 mm (0.0006 in)
