Front Wiper Interval Time Is Not Controlled By Vehicle Speed

Confirm that speedometer operates normally.

Does the front wiper operate normally?

1. YES: GO TO  2 .
2. NO: Combination meter vehicle speed system malfunction. GO TO VEHICLE SPEED SIGNAL INSPECTION .

Select "BCM" on CONSULT-II, and perform self-diagnosis for "BCM".

Displayed self-diagnosis results

1. NO DTC: Replace BCM. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF BCM .
2. CAN COMM CIRCUIT: Check CAN communication line of BCM. GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION INSPECTION USING CONSULT-II (SELF-DIAGNOSIS) .
