Removal & Installation

Disable air bag system. See AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS . Disconnect negative battery cable. Tilt steering wheel fully down. Remove column cover. See Figure . Remove instrument cluster lid. Remove combination meter (instrument cluster) retaining screws. Pull instrument cluster back enough to disconnect harness connectors. Disconnect harness connectors and remove instrument cluster. To install, reverse removal procedure.
