Description & Operation: Speedometer

The combination meter provides a voltage signal to the vehicle speed sensor the for the speedometer. The voltage is supplied:

• From combination meter terminal No. 15 for the speedometer.
• To terminal No. 1 of the vehicle speed sensor (with VDC).
• To terminal No. 22 of ABS/TCS control unit (TCS).

The speedometer converts the voltage into the vehicle speed displayed.
