Fuel Gauge

The fuel gauge indicates the approximate fuel level in the fuel tank. The fuel gauge is regulated by a variable ground signal supplied:

• To combination meter terminal No. 17 for the fuel gauge.
• From terminal No. 2 of the fuel level sensor unit.
• Through terminal No. 5 of the fuel level sensor unit.
• Through body ground B7 and B12 (without rear sunshade) or B46 (with rear sunshade). For body ground locations, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
