Seat Belt Warning Lamp

When the driver's seat belt is unfastened, ground is supplied

• to air bag diagnoses sensor unit terminal (22)
• from seat belt buckle switch terminal (41).

And then ground is supplied

• to combination meter terminal (36)
• from air bag diagnoses sensor unit terminal (16).

With power and ground supplied, the seat belt warning lamp illuminates.
