Instrument Cluster Diodes

Remove instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Using an ohmmeter, connect positive lead to striped side of diode and negative lead to opposite side of diode. See Fig 1 , Fig 2 or Fig 3 . Continuity should exist. With ohmmeter leads reversed, continuity should not exist. If continuity is not as specified, replace instrument cluster printed circuit.
