Fuel Gauge Sending Unit
Remove sending unit from fuel tank. Using a DVOM, connect positive lead to sending unit terminal "G", and negative lead to terminal "E". See Fig 1 . Measure resistance between indicated terminals with sending unit float in specified positions. See FUEL GAUGE SENDING UNIT TEST table.
