Temperature Gauge Sending Unit

Ensure continuity exists between body of sending unit and engine/chassis ground. Check resistance between temperature sending unit terminal and body ground. Resistance should be 70-90 ohms at 140°F (60°C) and 21-24 ohms at 212°F (100°C). Replace sending unit if resistance is not as specified.
