Temperature Gauge Sending Unit

Ensure continuity exists between body of sending unit and engine/chassis ground. Check resistance between temperature sending unit terminal and body ground. Resistance should be 60-75 ohms at 149°F (65°C) and 21-24 ohms at 196°F (91°C). Replace sending unit if resistance is not as specified.
