Testing Speed Sensor Signal Check
- Disconnect speedometer cable from combination meter and remove combination meter. Insert a small screwdriver into speedometer cable hole behind speedometer.
- Using an ohmmeter, check continuity between specified terminal No. 14 and No. 15 while slowly rotating sensor with screwdriver. Continuity should exist twice per one complete revolution of screwdriver. If continuity does NOT exist, replace as necessary.
