Monitor DTC Status

Plug GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
Turn "ON" the ignition switch.
Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)", and click "DTC Status" to check DTC information.
Read the "DTC State" parameter.
Is the DTC State "Present"?
"PRESENT"
- If there is any DTC related to the Cluster or CAN BUS OFF, repair it first and see if DTC C162982 is cleared from the FCA/SCC module. Then go to next procedure.
"HISTORY"
- FCA/SCC module memory was not cleared after repair. Clear the DTC and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
