Monitor GDS Data

  1. Ignition "OFF", connect GDS.
  2. Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF", select "Diagnostic Time Trouble Codes (DTC)" mode.
  3. Monitor Diagnostic Time trouble code and present of trouble code.
  4. Using a GDS, clear the DTC.
  5. Is DTC present problem?

    YES 

    • Internal fault of SRSCM. Substitute with a SRSCM and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace SRSCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
    NOTE: If you strike or spin the SRSCM at the IG "ON" state, the seat-belt pretensioner, curtain-airbag or siDe-Qualificationairbag could be unfolded and bring on danger. Handle it with care.
