Repair Procedures: Removal

- Remove the fuel pump.
(Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "FUEL PUMP ")
- Disconnect the electric pump wiring connector (A), and the fuel sender connector (B).
- Remove the fixing clip (A), and then disconnect the feed tube (B).
- Remove the head assembly (C) after releasing the cushion fixing clip (D)
- Remove the reservoir-cup after releasing the fixing hook (A).
- Remove the fuel pressure regulator fixing clip (A).
- Remove the fuel pressure regulator (B) from the fuel filter.
- Remove the pre-filter (B) after releasing the fixing hooks (A).
- Remove the fuel pump motor (C) from the fuel filter (D) by pulling it in down direction.
