Component Inspection: Notes
- Ignition switch "ON" and the engine "OFF" and Using a GDS, clear the DTC.
- Ignition switch "OFF".
- Disconnect the battery (-) terminal cable from the battery, and wait at least one minutes.
- Disconnect OCS ECU connector.
- Substitute the OCS ECU and check for proper operation.
- Is DTC present problem?
YES
- Substitute a known-good SRSCM, and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace SRSCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Substitute a known-good OCS ECU and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace OCS ECU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure and Go to "BODY SENSOR RESET " procedure.
