Circuit Inspection

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "ON".
ESC control module (P-CAN high) Chassis ground - Refer to HIGH SPEED CAN COMMUNICATION
ESC control module (P-CAN low) Chassis ground -
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
ESC control module (P-CAN high) ESC control module (P-CAN low) Approx. 60Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
ESC (component side) (P-CAN high) ECM (component side) (P-CAN low) Approx. 120Ω
ICU (component side) P-CAN high) ICU (component side) (P-CAN low) Approx. 120Ω

Good 

No Good 

Module Circuit Inspection

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
ESP control module (Power) Chassis ground - B+
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
ESP control module (Ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
TCM (P-CAN high) ESC control module (P-CAN high) Approx. below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
TCM (P-CAN low) ESC control module (P-CAN low) Approx. below 1Ω
