  • Monitor the Internal record
  1. Internal Fault (System ASIC)
  2. Occurrence of B162000 (SRSCM replacement)
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition switch ON
Diagnostic Time Qualification
  • -
De-Qualification
  • In next IGN


  1. Ignition switch ON and OFF more than 3 times (3 consecutive ignition cycles has to be recognized).: Wait for 7 seconds when it's ON and 1 minute when it's OFF.
  2. Ignition switch OFF, connect GDS.
  3. Ignition switch ON and the Engine OFF, select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" mode.
  4. Is the DTC "B162000 Internal Fault-Replace SRSCM" present?
