Crash Pad Center Garnish

CAUTION:
  • When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
  • Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.
  • Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
  1. Using a remover and remove the crash pad side cover [RH] (A).

  2. Remove the crash pad lower panel.

    (Refer to Crash Pad - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")

  3. Loosen the mounting screw and remove the crash pad center garnish (A).

  4. Press the lock pin and separate the in-car sensor connector (A).

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    Information 

    • Make sure the connector is connected properly.
    • Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
