DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check engine System
  1. Engine System
  2. Generator (HSG) System
  3. Drive Motor System
  4. BMS System
  5. DC high voltage cable & connector
  6. Etc System
Enable Conditions
  • IG KEY ON
  • HPCU Ready
  • HEV Ready
  • Battery voltage is between 9V and 16V
  • less than SOC 48%
  • No CAN communication fault
  • BMS controllable
  • MCU controllable
  • GCU controllable
  • ECU controllable
  • TCU controllable
  • Electrical load is lower than 1.75kW
  • Gradient is lower than 5%
  • APS is lower than 50%
Threshold Value
  • When the vehicle is in charging mode, but does not charge.:

    The vehicle speed is 20km/h or more and if the SOC is to take more than 270 seconds to reach more than 32% from less than 30%.
