DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Comparing Generator (HSG) RPM and Engine RPM
  1. Belt cut.
  2. Lack of Belt Tension
  3. Abnormal Belt installation
  4. Contamination of Belt (Water, foreign material etc)
  5. Faulty Belt
  6. Faulty Generator (HSG)
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition Key "ON"
  • Aux, Battery Voltage is between 10V and 16V
  • No CAN Communication Fault
  • MCU/HSG Controllable
Threshold Value
  • In case there is excessive generator (HSG) belt slip
Diagnosis Time
  • -

  • 2 Driving Cycle
Service Lamp On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycle
