DTC P1696: Immobilizer-Authentication Fail: General Description

Immobilizer system performs mutual authentication among Key, SMK, HPCU and Engine ECU. With this authentication, Immobilizer system allows to start Main Motor and Engine running.

NOTE: HPCU (Hybrid Power Control Unit)
