  • Correlation Check
  1. Poor Connection
  2. Open or Short to battery in signal circuit
  3. Faulty Brake Switch
  4. Faulty Brake Lamp Switch
  5. Faulty Brake Stroke Sensor
  6. Faulty HPCU
Enable Conditions No brake pedal pressed condition
  • IG KEY ON
  • HPCU READY ON
  • HEV READY
  • Aux, Battery Voltage is between 10V and 16V
  • PT Mode = Part Load
  • No CAN Communication Fault
Threshold Value
  • The case that Normal Open signal of brake and Normal Close signal of brake are same has occurred more than 12 times
