Verification of Vehicle Repair

After repair, it is essential to verify if the faults have been corrected.

  1. Connect the scantool and select the "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" mode.
  2. Test the vehicle according to the DTC Prerequisite (Enable) Condition in "DTC Information".
  3. Using the GDS, see if the DTC returns.
  4. Did the same DTC return?

    YES 

    • Re-inspect the appropriate troubleshooting procedures.

    NO 

    • The system performs in accordance with the specifications at this time.
