DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  1. Defected TCM
  2. Defected IBAU
Enable Condition
  • In case that abnormal TCM CAN message is received for more than specific time.

Specific time: control in progress - 50 times, no control: 150 time
MIL
  • The RBS/ESP (ESC) warning lamp is activated. The AVH warning lamp is activated in case of the vehicle equipped with AVH.
Reset condition
  • Turn ignition switch off and on.
