DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  1. Defected EPB ECU
  2. Defected IBAU
Enable Conditions
  • In case that EPB message was not received for more than specific time
  1. any control activated: 500 msec
  2. all control inactivated: 1500 msec
MIL
  • No MIL. The AVH waring lamp is activated in case of the vehicle equipped with AVH
Reset Condition
  • Turn ignition switch off and on
