Open or Short Check

  1. IG "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the Brake Pedal Travel sensor, AHB connectors.
  3. Measure resistance between PDF ground terminal of the Brake Pedal Travel sensor harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  Approx. below 1Ω

  4. Is the measured value within specifications?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Repair open or short in ground circuit between the Brake Pedal Travel sensor harness connector and AHB harness connector and then, go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair "
