DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Voltage Monitoring
  1. Faulty Brake Pedal Travel Sensor
  2. Open or short of Brake Pedal Travel Sensor circuit
Enable Conditions
  • A failure is detected if PDT or PDF voltage is out of the angel (specified in sensor specification) longer than 1 second voltage range [PDT: 0.2v ~ 4.8v/PDF: 0.1v ~ 2.4v]

* PDT: Brake pedal travel sensor - PDT
MIL
  • Turn ignition switch off and on
Reset condition
  • When both PDT and PDF are failed, EBC/DBC/AVH lamps are on.
NOTE: IBAU: Integrated Brake Accumulation Unit
LDC: Low voltage DC/DC Converter
RBS: Regenerative Brake Cooperation System
ABS: Anti-lock Brake System
EBD: Electronic Brake-force Distribution System
