Monitor DTC Data
- Connect Data Link Connector (DLC) to GDS.
- Check the "Current Data" about related DTC with GDS.
- A (brake pedal "OFF" (0mm)): HPA - Approx. 175 ~ 180bar
Primary pressure Sensor - 0bar
Secondary pressure Sensor - 0bar
- B (brake pedal "ON" (60mm)): HPA - Approx. 145 ~ 160bar
Primary pressure Sensor - Approx. 110bar
Secondary pressure Sensor - Approx. 15bar
- A (brake pedal "OFF" (0mm)): HPA - Approx. 175 ~ 180bar
- Are the parameters displayed correctly?
YES
- Fault might be intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or ECU's connector or was repaired and ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
