Visual Inspection
- Check the oil level of brake fluid reservoir tank is OK.
- Check the oil leakage around pressure line between brake fluid reservoir and PSU (Pressure Source Unit) motor.
- Check the oil leakage around pressure line between PSU motor and IBAU.
- PSU (Pressure Source Unit) - Accumulator
- PSU (Pressure Source Unit) - Motor
- Has a problem found?
YES
- Repair or replace as necessary. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Refer to "BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURES " and perform air bleeding. If the problem is corrected then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NOTE:
* In a case of replacing IBAU, perform following functions
- "Brake Pedal Travel Sensor Calibration" for brake pedal sensor offset correction (refer to C138004 )
- "Pressure Sensor Calibration" for pressure sensor offset correction (refer to C138404 )
- "Steering Angle Sensor Calibration" for steering angle sensor offset correction (refer to C126104 ) -ESP (ESC) only
- "Longitudinal Sensor Calibration" for Longitudinal sensor offset correction (refer to C128504 ) - ESP (ESC) only
- "Variant Coding" for option coding (refer to C170204 )
