DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Pressure sensor offset Monitoring
  1. External Noise
  2. Faulty IBAU
Enable Conditions
  • A failure is detected if HPA pressure is in discordance with other pressure sensors and control target pressure.
  • HPA is changed over 30bar more than 100 times for 2s.
MIL
  • The EBD/RBS/ABS/ESP (ESC)/DBC warning lamps and buzzer are activated. The AVH warning lamp is activated in case of the vehicle equipped with AVH.
Reset condition
  • After ignition switch turned off and on again and Brake Pressed and Released.
NOTE: IBAU: Integrated Brake Accumulation Unit

RBS: Regenerative Brake Cooperation System
ABS: Anti-lock Brake System
EBD: Electronic Brake-force Distribution System
VDC: Vehicle Dynamic Control
AVH: Auto Vehicle Hold
