Repair Procedures: Replacement
CAUTION:
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
NOTE:
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Open the fuel filler door (A).
- Remove the fuel filler door pushpin (A) by turning it in a counterclockwise direction.
- After loosening the mounting clips, remove the fuel filler door housing (A).
Information
- When removing, pull out the packing part from inside not to damage the fuel filler door packing part.
- Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the fuel filler door (A).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Information
- Make sure the fuel filler door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
