CAN Communication Inspection
- Connect all kinds of modules related to CAN communication.
- IG KEY "ON" or Engine "ON"
- Measure signal waveform between terminal C-CAN-HIGH of cluster module harness connector and chassis ground.
- Measure signal waveform between terminal C-CAN-LOW of cluster module harness connector and chassis ground.
- Are the measured signal waveforms OK?
YES
- Go to next procedure.
NO
- Check for open or short in the circuit.
- Repair as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
