Driver Adaptive load limiter
Adaptive load limiter is located at both sides of the center pillar.
Unlike the BPT (Seat Belt Pretensioner) with one loadlimiter, it has two load limiters providing a better weight control according to the situation.
When the vehicle collides, it raises weight to keep the passengers.
And once the airbag safely guards the passengers, it lowers weight to reduce the pressure against passengers' chests.
CAUTION:
Never measure resistance of Adaptive load limiter directly. This may cause an unexpected deployment.
