DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Trouble Shooting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • There is enough force on shift motor 1 but not enough motion of gear actuator finger is detected while engaging 7th gear
  1. Faulty DCT
  2. Mechanical failure on gear 1 shift direction
Enable Condition
  • When 7th gear is disengaged
  • Battery Voltage higher than 10V
  • Shift motor 1 voltage higher than 9V
  • No electrical failure on shift motor 1
Threshold Value
  • Shift motor 1 force higher than 900N
  • Shift motor 1 motion less than 0.1419 mm
Detecting Time
  • 3 times per 200 ms
Fail Safe
  • Drive at Even gear (2/4/6/R)
