DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Trouble Shooting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • There is enough force on shift motor1 but not enough motion of gear actuator finger is detected while engaging 1st gear
  1. Faulty DCT
  2. Mechanical failure on gear1 shift direction
Enable Condition
  • When 1st gear is engaged
  • Battery voltage higher than 10V
  • Shift motor 1 voltage higher than 9V
  • No electrical failure on shift motor 1
Threshold Value
  • Shift motor 1 force higher than 900N
  • Shift motor 1 motion less than 0.1419 mm
Detecting Time
  • 3 times per 200 ms
Fail Safe
  • Drive at Even gear (2/4/6/R)
