DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Trouble Shooting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • There is enough force on shift motor2 but not enough motion of gear actuator finger is detected while engaging R gear
  1. Faulty DCT
  2. Mechanical failure on gear2 Shift direction
Enable Condition
  • When R gear is engaged
  • Battery Voltage higher than 10V
  • Shift motor 2 voltage higher than 9V
  • No electrical failure on shift motor 2
Threshold Value
  • Shift motor 2 force higher than 900N
  • Shift motor 2 motion less than 0.1419 mm
Detecting Time
  • 3 times per 200 ms
Fail Safe
  • Drive at Odd gear (1/3/5/7)
