Main action
  • Monitoring voltage and current of motor circuit
  1. Faulty Motor
  2. Short to ground in motor circuit
  3. Faulty EPB motor driver system
  4. Defective EPB motor driver system
  5. Blown fuse
Threshold value
  • When the state of the voltage across the motor is less than 0.5 V for more than 1.5 seconds after 1 second elapsing from completion of operation of the EPB motor.
Diagnosis time
  • 1.5 seconds
MIL
  • EPB/AVH warning lamps are activated
Reset condition
  • Turn ignition switch OFF and ON.
