  • Monitor brake disc temperature
  1. Excessive wear on brake pad
  2. Wrong air-gap between brake pad and disc
  3. Defected brake wheel cylinder
  4. Overheated brake disc
Threshold value
  • When calculated brake disc temperature is higher than 450°C (842°F).
Diagnosis time
  • 1 seconds
MIL
  • DBC warning lamp is activated
Reset condition
  • Return to Normal Temperature (below 350°C/662°F) for more than 1 second. (In the same IGN cycle)
