  • Monitoring current
  1. Short to ground or short to battery in the motor circuit
  2. Faulty Motor driver system
Threshold value
  • The value of the current supplied to motor after 100 ms after "apply" or "release" request of PBC Motor driver is
    • maintained more than 50A for 90 milliseconds
    • maintained more than 40A for 120 milliseconds
    • maintained more than 30A for 200 milliseconds
Diagnosis time
  • 90 milliseconds/120 milliseconds/200 milliseconds
MIL
  • EPB/AVH warning lamps are activated
Reset condition
  • Turn ignition switch OFF and ON.
