DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Trouble shooting Condition Possible cause

  • Monitor the CAN message
  1. Open or short in CAN lines
  2. Damaged or poor connector connection
  3. Faulty BCW
  4. Faulty ESP (ESC)
  5. Specification setting error
Threshold value
  • A failure is detected when BCA message's Alive counter fault is received for more than 200 milliseconds
Diagnosis time
  • 200 milliseconds
MIL
  • No MIL On
Reset condition
  • When the normal state is confirmed after ignition switch turned OFF and back ON.
