DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Trouble shooting Condition Possible cause
Main action
  • Monitor the pressure sensor signal
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Faulty Bleeding Process
  3. Leakage on hydraulic pipe lines
  4. Faulty pressure sensor
  5. Open or short to pressure sensor circuit of HPA
Threshold value
  • A failure is detected when sensor supply voltage is below 4.75V or above 5.25V for more than 60 milliseconds
  • When pressure sensor signal is not received for more than 450 milliseconds
  • A failure is detected when the pressure sensor output is below 15 (-12 bar) or above 4074 (+262 bar) for more than 450 milliseconds
  • A failure is detected If sum of the sensor values keep below 3600 or above 4500 for more than 450 milliseconds
  • When pressure sensor channels 1 and 2 Internal status is abnormal for more than 450 milliseconds
  • When Pressure Sensor Fast/Slow Channel Checksum Error status is abnormal for more than 450 milliseconds
MIL
  • ESP (ESC) warning lamp is activated
Reset condition
  • When the normal state is confirmed after ignition switch turned OFF and back ON.
