Detecting Condition |
Possible Cause |
| DTC Strategy |
- Long term fuel trim deviation reached max limit (too lean)
|
- Poor connector connection
- Air leakage
- Faulty fuel pressure
- Faulty injector
|
| Enable Condition |
- Engine coolant temperature is more than 56°C (132.8°F)
- Barometric pressure is more than 75 kPa
- Engine speed is more than 512 RPM
- Air-fuel ratio control activated
- Front O2 sensor ready (Measured O2 sensor tip temperature is more than 720°C (1328°F)
- Integrated air mass flow after start is more than 20 to 1400g
- Stable driving condition:
- Absolute value difference between actual engine speed and filtered engine speed is less than 300 RPM
- Absolute value difference between actual air mass flow and filtered air mass flow is less than 70.01 mg/stroke
- Absolute value difference between actual torque scale factor and filtered torque scale factor is less than 0.2
- Absolute value difference between actual lambda and filtered lambda is less than 4.5%
- Integrated air mass flow is more than 5 to 60g
|
| Threshold Value |
- Additive long term trim value is more than 4.0 mg/stroke or multiplicative long term trim value is more than 25%
