Detecting Condition |
Possible Cause |
| DTC Strategy |
- Compliance monitoring (barometric pressure sensor and intake manifold pressure sensor)
|
- Poor connection
- Clogged air cleaner
- Faulty barometric pressure sensor (PCM)
|
| Enable Condition |
Case 1 |
- Engine RPM is lower than 32 RPM (engine stopped)
- Barometric pressure is between 400 hPa and 1150 hPa
- MAP sensor voltage is between 0.2V and 4.8V
|
| Case 2 |
- Engine RPM is higher than 32 RPM (engine running)
|
| Threshold Value |
Case 1 |
- Deviation between barometric pressure and intake air pressure is higher than 10 kPa
|
| Case 2 |
- Deviation between actual intake air pressure and model intake air pressure is higher than 20 kPa and lower than -20 kPa
