DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal monitoring - rationality
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Air leak in intake or exhaust System
  3. Faulty HO2S (B1/S1)
Enable Condition
  • Battery voltage is more than 10V
  • Engine running for more than 60s
  • Engine at operating temperature
  • No disable faults
Threshold Value
  • Upstream O2 sensor voltage is less than 1.3V or more than 3.8V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous (more than 76.5s failure for every 90s test)
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
