Repair Procedures: Removal

- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery (-) terminal.
- Open the fuel filler door and unfasten the filler-neck assembly mounting screw (A).
Tightening torque:
7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb-ft)
- Lift the vehicle.
- Remove the rear-LH wheel, tire, and the inner wheel house.
- Separate the fuel filler hose (A).
- Separate the ventilation hose (B).
- Remove the filler-neck assembly (B) after loosening the nut (A).
Tightening torque:
8.8 - 9.8 N.m (0.9 - 1.0 kgf.m, 6.5 - 7.2 lb-ft)
